Data we collect
Through the quote request and contact forms, we only collect:
- your contact details: name, email, phone, service address;
- for businesses: company name and VAT / UID number;
- details of the service: type, surface area, number of rooms, frequency, extras, preferred date, free-text message;
- minimal technical data (IP address), used only to prevent spam and abuse.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your request and preparing a quote — pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your data is never sold or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Recipients and processors
- The Presti'Gexcellence team members authorised to handle requests.
- Our transactional email provider (Resend, Inc.), which may process data outside the EU/Switzerland under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention period
Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then archived for the legally required periods (notably for accounting).
