Do you work on both sides of the border?
Yes. Based in the Pays de Gex, we work throughout the Pays de Gex, in Geneva and around the Swiss side of Lake Geneva. Our prices are in euros for France and Swiss francs for Switzerland.
How is my quote calculated?
We charge a fixed price per visit, never by the hour: you know the price before we start, however long it takes. Our form gives you an instant estimate based on surface area, number of rooms, frequency and options; the final quote is issued after a call or a free visit.
Do I need to be there during the visit?
No. Many of our clients entrust us with their keys or an access code. Keys are labelled anonymously and stored securely.
Which products do you use?
We favour eco-friendly products suited to each material. The Prestige plan always includes certified products. You can also ask us to use your own.
